Once content or changes are approved and published, Smart Easy SEO is not responsible for any claims, errors or issues arising from information supplied or approved by the client.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Smart Easy SEO may work with third-party platforms, plugins, website builders, hosting providers, analytics tools, search engines, WordPress, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or other related systems.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, technical limitations, policy changes, ranking changes, access issues, data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Any costs associated with third-party tools, plugins, hosting, themes, subscriptions or software are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, reports, documents, recommendations, written copy and other work created by Smart Easy SEO remain the property of Smart Easy SEO until full payment has been received.
Once full payment has been received, the client is granted the right to use the completed work for their own business purposes.
Any intellectual property, logos, images, brand materials, website content or business information provided by the client remains the property of the client. By providing these materials, the client grants Smart Easy SEO permission to use, edit and apply them as needed to deliver the agreed services.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute or exploit Smart Easy SEO’s internal methods, templates, documents, strategies or materials without prior written consent.
Website Access and Changes
Where access is provided to a client’s website, Smart Easy SEO will take reasonable care when making changes.
However, the client acknowledges that websites can be affected by plugins, themes, hosting issues, updates, third-party code or previous development work. While we aim to avoid disruption, Smart Easy SEO is not liable for website issues caused by pre-existing problems, third-party tools, hosting providers, software conflicts or client-side changes.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own website backups before any work begins.
