No. Smart Easy SEO is usually offered on a monthly basis with no long-term lock-in. Once your monthly payment is made, work for that month begins. You can choose not to continue the following month if you decide it is not right for you.
We usually begin work within 24 hours after your monthly payment has been received. Please note that SEO work will not commence until payment for the month has been made.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts unless a custom agreement has been arranged separately. You can simply choose not to continue with the next month if you no longer wish to proceed.
Once payment has been made for the month, refunds do not apply, as work usually begins within 24 hours. This allows us to start planning, reviewing, optimising, and working on your SEO campaign straight away. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.
In most cases, yes. To make SEO improvements, we may need access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or other platforms connected to your online presence. We will only request access where needed.
