Monthly Payments
Smart Easy SEO operates on a monthly payment basis unless a separate custom agreement has been made in writing between Smart Easy SEO and the client.
We do not generally require clients to enter into long-term contracts. This means clients are free to continue or stop using our services on a month-to-month basis, subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy and any separate written agreement.
Payment Required Before Work Begins
Smart Easy SEO will not commence any SEO, website optimisation, content, strategy, reporting or related digital marketing work until the agreed monthly payment has been received.
Once payment has been made, we usually begin preparing or carrying out the agreed work within 24 hours. This may include planning, research, keyword review, website checks, content preparation, optimisation work, reporting setup, communication, admin or other service-related tasks.
No Refunds After Monthly Payment Is Made
Once a monthly payment has been made, no refunds will apply for that month.
This is because Smart Easy SEO typically begins work shortly after payment is received, and time, planning, research and labour may be allocated to your account within the first 24 hours.
By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that the monthly service fee is non-refundable once paid.
No Contracts Unless Agreed Separately
Smart Easy SEO does not usually lock clients into long-term contracts.
Unless a custom agreement has been made in writing between Smart Easy SEO and the client, you may choose not to continue with the service by simply not making payment for the next month.
If you have any concerns, issues or wish to stop using our services, you can let us know before your next monthly payment is due.
Cancelling Future Monthly Services
If you do not wish to continue with Smart Easy SEO for the next month, you are not required to make the next monthly payment unless a separate custom agreement states otherwise.
Once payment for a new month has been made, that month’s payment becomes non-refundable and work may commence.
Custom Agreements
In some cases, Smart Easy SEO may enter into a custom agreement with a client for a specific project, package, service arrangement or longer-term engagement.
Where a custom agreement exists, the refund, cancellation and payment terms outlined in that agreement will apply.
SEO Results and Refunds
SEO is a long-term process and results can vary depending on many factors, including website history, competition, industry, location, client input, technical website condition and search engine updates.
Smart Easy SEO does not offer refunds based on ranking changes, traffic fluctuations, keyword movement, enquiry volume, sales outcomes or search engine algorithm changes.
